Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how United Liberty Insurance Agency LLC, doing business as CompareFloridaHealth(“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit comparefloridahealth.com(the “Site”) or request a quote, consultation, or other services from us. By using the Site or submitting your information, you agree to the practices described here.
We are a licensed Florida insurance agency (License L123832), not an insurer and not a government agency.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide and information collected automatically.
- Information you give us when you complete a form, use the subsidy calculator, call, text, email, or chat: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, date of birth or age, household size, estimated income range, and other details relevant to comparing insurance options.
- Health-related information you choose to share so we can help you find suitable coverage (for example, whether you take prescriptions or want to keep a specific doctor). You are never required to share more than you wish.
- Automatically collected informationsuch as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring source, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and analytics” below).
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and prepare insurance quotes and plan comparisons.
- To connect you with a licensed insurance agent (which may be us or a licensed agent we work with) who can discuss your options and help you enroll.
- To contact you about your request and related insurance products by phone, text message (SMS), email, and pre-recorded or autodialed calls, consistent with the consent you provide (see “Your communication consent” below).
- To operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and insurance-licensing obligations.
Your communication consent (calls & texts)
When you submit a form or otherwise provide your phone number and agree to be contacted, you give your prior express written consent for CompareFloridaHealth and the licensed agents we work with to contact you at the number provided — including through automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or pre-recorded voice messages, and SMS/text messages — about insurance products and services, even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
How to opt out: You can reply STOP to any text message to stop texts, reply HELP for help, ask us to place you on our internal Do Not Call list during any call, or email us at info@comparefloridahealth.com. Opting out of marketing messages will not affect transactional messages needed to service an existing request.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share it with:
- Licensed insurance agents and agencies we work with, so they can provide quotes, answer questions, and help you enroll.
- Insurance carriers when you choose to apply for or enroll in a plan.
- Service providers that support our business (for example, hosting, customer-relationship management, analytics, communications, and security vendors), under contracts that limit their use of your information.
- Legal and safety purposes, such as to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights and users.
Some jurisdictions treat sharing information with marketing partners as a “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising. You may opt out of such sharing as described in “Your privacy choices.”
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and may use advertising pixels such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand how the Site is used and to measure and improve our marketing. These tools may collect usage and device information and set cookies in your browser.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage ad personalization through your Google and Meta ad settings.
Data security & retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain your information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with our legal and recordkeeping obligations (including insurance regulations), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live (including under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights and similar state laws), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale”/“sharing” of your information. To make a request, contact us at info@comparefloridahealth.com or (888) 880-4335. We will verify and respond to your request as required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
