Three things changed for 2027
If you had coverage this year, next year's price may look very different.
Extra subsidies ended
The larger tax credits expired after 2025. For 2027, help generally stops at 400% of the poverty level: $63,840 for one person, $132,000 for a family of four.
How the income limit worksSome plans are leaving
Cigna is leaving the Florida Marketplace for 2027. If your plan is ending, you need to pick a new one or you could be moved into a plan you did not choose.
What Cigna members should doAuto-renewal is not a plan
If you do nothing, you are usually renewed automatically, at 2027 prices and with 2027 subsidies. A quick review before Dec 15 can catch a price jump or a better plan.
